We are already a few months into the new school season. For me, it is already the second school year in front of the classroom. It is completely different from being a mentor and sparring partner for an entrepreneur or manager. A class with students who are a third the age of my regular sparring partner. Yet the difference is not that great. Many times, the one-on-one conversation with the entrepreneur is easier and less chaotic than a class full of young students, but still.
Sharing experience and knowledge remains the same and is great to do. The big similarity with business and school for me is that I inspire myself and learn something new every day, through the interaction with the entrepreneur and/or student. Getting new ideas and experiences every day, which I can then share.
The topics are the same in both areas. Leadership and management, sales and entrepreneurship whether in English or Dutch. At school I learn the theory myself again and develop my own teaching methods and presentations. My portfolio is growing all the time:

- International Entrepreneurship
Teaching in private education does give me the opportunity to be able to share more with the students, the classes are often smaller than regular education. The pace, volume and curriculum is also of a high standard in this regard.
In terms of age, I am well on my way, I could also translate that into even more learned, even more experience and even more to share.
